Sleep Straight Stop Snoring


While you sleep keeping your face below or towards left right than your throat soft palate muscles becomes loosened and let the flashy part uvula touch with tongue top part. This stops the air flow partially while you breathe and starts making sound while sleeping. Try to skip always sleeping in above condition to prevent snoring. Always lay straight and do some throat and mouth exercise to make these muscles tight and strong.
