Belly May Be Flat

To keep your belly flat (thin) do daily regular exercise and care on your diet. Taking fiberised food special in your diet. By it stomach full but body get less quantity calories by it the pressure on cell became little. For flat belly added green vegetable, bay, whole grain and daal in your food. Protect from junk food and market made things are like cold drink, cake pastry, candy, biscuits etc. drink about 8-10 glass water in a day. Avoid from coffin and alcohol. Take light food in night (dinner) body’s metabolism may be decreasing to take heavy food in the dinner. The liver energy expands to digest the food. Protect from sodium food. Remain safe from tension and depression very important and necessary thing to take proper and sufficient sleeping. Flat and healthy belly is also symbol of beauty.
