So to break on fullness by food maintenance and exercise is very necessary. To maintain the balanced weight is hard expect to low the weight. If you skip exercise weight will increase again. To decreasing the weight here are some suggestions and tips to follow-

  1. Remove salt food from your diet.
  2. Put low salt in food to increase the taste with added adark, lahsun and onion
  3. Limited use of spicy food.
  4. Give importance home made bread expect outsider food.
  5. Take fresh food use fruits in much quantify
  6. Make a time table to take food.
  7. Eats less than hunger.
  8. Doing daily exercise daily
  9. Protect yourself from sugar added and fatty food.
  10. Daily calculate the daily calories
