Winter Exercises and Beauty Tips

Body temperature during winter remains very low and lacking of exercise and carelessness can create a lot of physical and beauty problems. So a little and light exercise are must in winter season. Winter season is also good for making health as digestion system remains very good. Skin becomes rough and dull in winter season because of not getting proper and sufficient moisture. So care should also be taken in that matter.

Cover the open body parts with scarf or other clothes going outside. Get your body warm with yogasana and light workouts. Layers of clothes are good for everyone in winter season to save you from cold as cloths help to draw the moistures, stop hotness and also work as water proof and winter proof from cold waves.
