Play with Children to Stay Fit

Having kids at home is a good thing always. They make the home cheerful and full of life. When you will remain with your children and play with them than you will also feel stress less and peaceful. This thing reduces a lot of mental diseases in the way. These exercises are also so flexible that you can do it with kids while outdoor and indoor too.

Playing with you kids is also a good exercise for physical fitness. When you play with them you have to run behind them, you have to lift them up in the air, you have to throw your face and hands in air, make facial expressions etc. so all these things makes a little workout of your body as when you life the kids in air it gives you benefit of weight lifting on stomach, back muscles and if you does this thing in standing posture than it also work on your thighs and hips. When you run to catch your kids than it gives you benefit of running and when you try to catch them running in bending position than it gives you great benefit to reduce fat from hips and belly region.

After having a playing session you have to clean the home. Place the things on its place that are spread by kids here and there. This will also give you some fatigue. Just keep on doing this and remain playing and enjoying. Play with them and give the things again which they throw ;)

Side Band and Trunk Twisting Exercises

Care to be taken to loose the balance while doing this exercise. These exercises can also create problems for pregnant women. So they should also not try this in this period. Theses can also create problem to the patients of back pain. These exercises can increase back pain in the existing patients and normal person can get the pain if exercises are not done with proper care.

Side Band: Heavy persons can also get injured when doing it by loosing their balance. Taking care first stand still and straight making distance between both legs and bring hands downward. Turn right hand towards right side of the belly and band the whole body towards left side such that left hand touch the left lag ankle. Bend your body that much you feel comfort. After this come to initial position. Repeat the exercise on other side with other hand. Repeat this exercise several times making main bone straight. It should not bend in front or rear side means it’s bending should not be in a direction in which you are trying to bend. Legs should be straight and thighs should be tight.

Trunk Twisting: Start this exercise in an opened place. Stand easily with a sufficient distance between both legs. Take both hips between both palms such that you want to catch them with your palms. Legs should be straight and hips should be tight. Twist maximum upper part of the belly towards left side without moving lower portion of belly.

Headache Treatment for Mental Fitness

A headache is a general problem in the summer season. Debilitating migraine, in particular, affect acts millions of people worldwide. The root cause or etiology and pathogenesis of migraine are still not complete known but there are many trigger associated with migraine. There are some factors like:Headacne and Mental Fitness

  1. Weather: Extreme heat or cold or very humid weather can spark off a migraine.
  2. Some food components like aged wine; fried food, sweet foods and food with strong smells have generally known to trigger migraine.
  3. Hormonal fluctuations in the body, many of which typically occurs around puberty and menopause.
  4. Stress period in life of a person can also trigger episodes of throbbing headaches.
  5. Take care of sinuses because they increase the possibility of headaches around the eyes, forehead, jaws and face. To avoid it curd, rice and watermelon at night. A steam inhalation should take in a weak or biweekly with Neem leaves.
  6. Don’t leave home with empty stomach.
  7. Make sure the movement of bowel is fine.
  8. Avoid foods like sugar, aged cheese, wine and MSG.
  9. Herbs like fever few are recommended.
  10. Eat a lot of vegetables, mints, coriander and fruits. It will keep you healthy.
  11. Try yoga and light indoors exercise.
