Put hands on outer corner of chair and legs on floor should be such that no bending will be in body. It means make a right angle triangle with chair. Face should be such that all bows should come in straight line with body in the triangle. Take legs behind so that body should be comfortable. This is the first step of this exercise.
With a pressure on the hands pick your body upward slowly so that the tension on hand does not disappear. In this procedure the body should be straight. Body should not go left or right. Slowly come to the initial position. Repeat this exercise 10 times initially and take it to 20 at last.
